First Snow Storm Of The Season In Northern CA

Its only November and the weather NEWS here in northern California have been talking about snow storms in both high and low elevations. I think this is the first snow storm of the season (fall season) and they are already talking snow storm as low as 1500-2000 feet elevation, thats in the foothills of the sierra. In other states like Washington, there is snow all the way to the ocean because the cold Alaskan air is heading towards the south...
