Last night was the second day showing of American Idol Season 7, a two-hour show starting at eight oclock and ended at ten oclock pacific time. We missed the first part of the show, around thirty minutes of it because I was blogging and was not sure exactly what time the show was starting, i thought it would start at nine oclock. I tried waking up my Hubby from his short nap at eight, but I guess he was that tired, he didnt hear me, so I decided to let him take the nap. Thirty minutes since the show started, my hubby called me and told me why I didnt wake him up, American Idol already started!
Last night audition show was held in Dallas Texas, with lots of aspiring artists as you can see, the auditorium was full and hundreds of applicants lined up for their turn to face Simon, Randy and Paula in the judging room! One of the person who auditioned, that definitely made a presence was a guy named Renaldo Lapuz from Reno Nevada wearing a white shinny cape with a matching wing-designed hat. When he first appeared on screen, being interviewed by Ryan in the queue, we thought that he was probably just one of those non-serious applicant just want to dress up to be on tv. But when he started singing his original song composition titled, Were Brothers Forever, he did pretty good, even Simon liked him! My hubby thought he was Filipino, and I said, probably not. And then I went to my co-blogger Chant blog today, and she mentioned that Renaldo Lapuz, is indeed a filipino (a guy from the Philippines).
