Because It Is The Right Thing To Do

I purchased an item online but then my ordered never came in the mail after weeks of waiting and anticipation. So I emailed the seller that I never received the order and I got refunded in full for my purchase. Few days later, the order came in, just as promised! Now that Im fully refunded for it, I could have it for free and nobody will know (?) but I want a clear conscience and a peace of mind, so I get hold of the seller right away to let him know that I finally get the item late in the mail and that I am willing to pay the same amount that I originally paid for. Simply because I dont feel right keeping the item for free just because it came in late and I was refunded for it. Now that I got it, although it was delayed, I have to repay it, unless the seller replied me back and tell me that I can have it for free. But I might as well try to let him know that I got the item finally, you never know why the seller sold the item in the first place, maybe because he needed the money and sacrificed selling the item. Nobody is telling me to repay the item but i always try to live by some of lifes simple rules like honesty is the best policy.

Arguing Flamingoes

We went to the zoo few weeks ago, and encountered some of the most exotic wild species in this world. During our visit there, we got the chance t0 see flamingoes again, we saw one during our trip to a Florida park too. It was a nice relaxing day at the zoo with great sunny weather and some of the animals are in their food mood like when we were observing the flamingoes. There were quite a few flamingoes in a little section of the zoo, when all of the sudden we heared flamingoes started arguing with each other, atleast thats what it looked like to me, see the photo above. Looks like they are fighting who get the shrimps or something!

By the way, according to facts about flamingoes, they turn orange in color because of all the orange shrimps that they ate over time!

Read The Sign, No Solicitors

In a Saturday morning, we usually dont have a lot of things plans ahead, just a relaxing getaway in bed, sleeping and snooring, probably.

You plan to extend your lazy Saturday nap, and then you are suddenly awaken by a continuous knock-knock-knock sound coming from your front door, sounds familiar? The unwanted solicitors are back again. Even if you place No Solicitors sign in your front door, it really sucks when some of them doesnt even honor the sign. The sign should give the solicitors the clue that people who put signs like that in their front door will never avail what ever services they will present, the homeowners just want a nap, really.

When the homeowners put a No Solicitors sign in front door, the reality is the homeowners cabinets probably doesnt need refurnishing, the carpet doesnt need replacement, the gutter is still working fine, or they dont have the budget just yet. If the homeowners really want to do all these at present, they would be out somewhere looking for the right people to do the job for them.

Multi-tasking

Ladies are best known for their ability to multi-task and they are good at it. I, for one, usually find myself doing so many things all at once. For the past few hours I been extremely busy throwing dirty clothes in the laundry, while cooking dinner for us, at the same time went through the mountful of junk mails coming delivered in our mailbox on a daily basis, and also browse trough some of the magazines that I subscribed. I am quite positive that multi-tasking like this is not a stranger to many ladies out there! We are known to multi-task a lot, and usually we get more things done in record time. The feeling of accomplishing a lot of things on the to-do list is amazing but the process of trying to do everything all at once can sometimes be plain exhausting and stressful, so as a break, I decided to write this post and give myself a break from all the things I been doing and I need done...

Anyone of you done filing your taxes already before the set deadline? If so, i salute you, definitely a wise decision to prepare it early.
